Hello,
I have been thinking about taking the rear seat out of my 2000 TJ sport, and replacing it with a bucket style single seat. First, what do you folks think about this? Next, how would you reccomend I go about doing so? The seats I have been considering are like the ones found here:

(Sorry for length, here is the pic. if you don't feel the need to read up about the details)
FYI, I never would go off-roading with someone in the back, so this is no concern as to saftey.
Thanks.

I would not put a passenger in that seat even if I didn't like them, especially if it's for road use. The seat offers next to no back support. I can't see how they are selling those for front seat replacements. They look even shorter then CJ low-back seats. Actually, they look like they're for a lawn tractor.

Okay,
At any rate, I intend to remove the bench and put in a bucket. Regardless of wether or not this is the one, what kind mount system should I use; and Which mid/low-back seat would you reccomend?
Thank you.

I used to have a single forklift seat in the back of my CJ. Worked well for the 5 year old who rode back there, wouldn't have been of much use to anyone bigger.
For a low back try these. I have these seats with the headrests and they are very comfortable
Price is per pair
