You can go to Richmonds website and have them send you the instructions.

Normally Stu's site is pretty good, but I don't entirely agree with that writeup. Why use two seals? Also the part# for the new seal at the disconnect is not necessary, just use the correct seal for the drivers side and put it where the factory seal is in the disconnect area on the passenger side. You can also refrain from using the block off plate and just put it back together with the fork still there. Your 4wd indicator will even work then.

thanks jeffy good link on the lockrite. And I have seen confusing things on how to put solid shaft in..I agree the one I saw with using the drvr side seal and grind out a lip seems most logical. Truths write up on gljt. And yea I stopped and talked to brandon cause he works in my hood and he reassured me on the locrite but the grinding the lip on the inside kinda leaves me hangin cause i dont have air...cant fit a drill or my grinder in the diff. I think this may be the one time I might actually be able to have a use for a drummell...let me ask my neihbor that sells stock for a living...lol

The drivers side seal works in the same place you took the 2 pc. seal out. In the box for the disconnect. No grinding required.
