Title: Waking up the squirrels in the garage
Post by: benmar2000 on September 06, 2009, 11:12:09 AM
Hey all.. South Carolina here.. Working on an old 95 YJ 2.5L.. I got a new JK 2 1/2 years ago and parked my YJ.. Now I miss driving my old YJ and going to get it back up and on the road again.. Poor Jeep is all dusty and nasty.. And has turned into a storage unit..  :'(

Welcome to the forum  :smokes:

So does that awesome JK 3.8 V6 have equal or less torque than our 4 Bangers?  :twofingers:

ya but the hp and torque is at higher rpm plus the jk is a 4 door so it has more weight... it could also be that our jk is a auto compared to our other jeeps are manuals so i could just not like the slush box...

welcome from TN.

On the JK I was less than impressed with the power.
I kept thinking this thing would be great with a HEMI.
