Okay folks, here is another newbie question. how do you check u-joints? I tried checking my rear propeller shaft??? as my friend suggested. I crawled underneath and grabed it and tried to move it side to side and turn it. It was nice and tight side to side and would not budge. I was able to rotate and twist it few millimeters/less than half a centermeter in each direction. Is it bad? or is a very slight rotation okay. Thanks. Oh, the reason I'm checking it is because I get a vibration when I drive. It is pretty constant, but I'm paranoid. This little jeep has to last me a few years.

The vibration could be a driveline vibe, do you have a lift? if so how much? Usually with a 4" susp. lift the stock driveline will not suffice, A SYE kit and a CV driveshaft are the common answers.
U-joints are easy to swap and pretty cheap, if you're sitting stock I'd start there and replace them.
A little bit of play in the driveline especially at the drive shaft is normal, its the backlash of your gears in the diff.
