Title: will cj doors fit a yj

Im looking for a set of hard doors or a set of soft uppers that will fit a hard top the uppers from soft top do not fit the hard top any suggestions. I keep finding cj doors but im having a hard time finding yj doors thanks

Maybe.  The doors will bolt up but you'll have to swap out the door catch or change out the latch bolt, IIRC.

81 and up CJ doors are a direct fit, striker needs to be swapped out from 76-80 doors. Dunno where you are but I have a set of the older doors in fair shape I'll sell for $100. I'm near Milwaukee.

could be wrong but i dont think cj-5s work. different shape door opening

ok now i have a hard top and some full doors some im good for our new england winters. i was wondering if tj soft uppers will fit there shape is the same as the hard top and the yj doors are more square any input would be nice thanks

No, TJ uppers will not fit.  A TJ lower will fit fine though.
