The driver's door will occasionally not open. I recall that Jeffy (I think) posted a way to fix this but I can't seem to find the thread. Does anybody have the link?
Thanks

I don't have a link, but this happened to me when I was running hard doors. I took of the door panel and cleaned up the lock assy. and anything that looked like it could move. Then I hit it with some spray lube. Seemed to work.

It has to do with the locks and that stupid L shaped arm that gets bent. There is a lot of slop in that lock cylinder and that allows the L bracket to move so you're not getting full use of it. I haven't any any issues with the locks since.

Thanks to both of you. I'm going to check what is happening and lube it while I'm at it.

I found lubing the door only help a little. Mine had issues when it was cold. At that point the grease used would add resistance to the pivot points and the L bracket would have to fight and usually lost.
