Title: Banks said it's not the heafder. Fuel Problem?

Ok the ongoing banks header problems are continuing!!!  They said to check the fuel system.  It sounded to them like a pressure problem.  The large intake would help not hinder.  The jeep was on the highway for a short time and would not pull in 5th gear at all.  So i need suggestions on what to check first.  Plugs are good/plug wires cap and rotor are new/fuel filter was replaced last year/no leaks in fuel exhaust or vacuum/  what next?

if they said to check the fuel system did you check it? fuel pressure? plugged injector?
