Title: swing out tire mount

anybody know where a person can get a a swing out tire mount that is all precut and a guy can weld it up his self ?

umm i plann on making my own drop down. but i was also looking into making a swing out. here is a lil kit you can buy wit the basics. hinge, lock, and tire mount.

then built what you want basically. and it will be so much cheaper then buying a warn one.
