OME 2.5" is probably one of the best.  You usually get closer to 3" then 2.5".  Otherwise, Rubicon Express 4.5" Extreme Duty is probably a good choice but if I was going to spend that much I'd do my own homework and go with some custom leafs from Deaver or Alcan Springs.

I have a 2" Black Diamond lift and I like it. Don't know what kind of height you're looking for but if 2" is about right I recommend Black Diamond.

I've got BDS springs under mine, I really like them, they are pretty flexy I think...

He's looking for a 4" lift... There lots of great brands out there... The only thing is that you must be ready to throw some cash since most of them are really pricey...
If you do your homework you'll find that it's not that expensive.  Although to do a light right, isn't cheap.

I have a Skyjacker 4" softride I think it was. Its lasted about 8-9 years or so and I have liked it but the springs seem like they are starting to sag on one side now so Im looking at upgrading to some deavers this summer I think

Skyjackers are known to sag.  Same goes for Superlift.
