Hey guys I went wit the msd coil and wires after all so I like it... Now question what plugs should I run and what should I gap them at??? Thinkin autolites or champions thanks

NGK V-Power FR6-1's are my recommendation for the plugs. Those are good plugs, they only cost $2.50 a plug, and they are one step colder than OEM, which will help you since you're running upgraded ignition.
I think the OE gap is 0.35" for us. With the MSD kit you should be able to safely go as big as 0.60" and possibly even 0.65" without issues. The MSD kit should actually have a recommendation for that in the manual or somewhere.

Iam running only the coil and wires no box

You shouldn't need a box. The coil should bump voltage up enough for 0.60" or 0.65" plug gap.

The only way to gap larger is by trial and error. .035" is stock, so try .045" and go up .005"-.010" increments. Then if it misfires, back it down.
