Today is supposed to get up to almost 80 out, so I decided to pull the doors off and roll the back window down and drive the jeep in to work this morning :weee: Anybody else takin their tops off yet this year
-
I tried and got sick :(
-
not yet one day the sun out next it is raining or both a the same time here in washington st.
-
i'm doing it tomorrow. prolly going to be 40 in the morning. seems like only in ohio there are 40 degree swings in one day.
-
It went from high 40's this morning to supposed to be 80, it was a lil chilly driving in but it will be worth it this afternoon

I have had mine off a couple of times this year, my wife told me I was a douchebag for taking my top down when it wasn't that warm out. Took it down yesterday and it was a little chilly this morning but looking forward to the drive home.
-
Probably taking the hard top off today. Luckily I work from home and don't have to worry about the temp in the morning. 8)

had the top off for a month and change here in philly :weee: had the doors off even when it was snowing since december cuz i love cold weather and felt like getting weird looks :yikes: ???

Ya it was snowing two days ago (more like a tiny blizzard) and I was driving with nothing on (doors, windows, top). That is what got me inquiring about another type of top. Mine was attacked by a bear camping so not much left of it. he thought there was food in my jeep. there wasn't!

I had mine off a couple weeks ago for a good week, and the same deal a week or so before that too. But the rain keeps forcing me to put it back on... It's s'posed to clear up next week though so either Monday or Tuesday I'll pull the hard top back off :smokes:

if i had seen the bear getting close, i would have jumped in my jeep and turned it on and revved the squirrels hard. scare the :crap: out of the bear :blbl: at least that would have worked with my jeep. i have a flowmaster series 40 on my yj and it can literally be heard a thousand yards off :uhoh: nice roar to it. and high schoolers here are dumb enough to ask me if i'm running a v8 :roflol: but yeah bears usually haul ass away from loud noise.

Yeah, I've been top off for the last week. I keep this Jeep covered at night -- it's parked under trees and all the falling tree branches and leaves turn the interior in to a birds nest otherwise

came off a c week or so ago but this little run of warmth was best yesterday..heres a pic doing daddy duty pickn kid up from school in chicago

Had the roof off twice so far, once last week and again yesterday. Been a big and fast change after all the snow and cold in February.
-
Took Kiki out on a quick two track ride.

I've been doing misc. cruising with the doors and back window out for the last few weeks. The top has come down once or twice, but it's been getting hotter and hotter here lately so I generally keep the canvas over my head. Keeps me from baking like a toasted cheezer when sitting at redlights
