Title: Emissions Maint Light

My timer finally went off today.  Where is the damn thing so i can unplug it.

"The timer is under the dash just to the right of the steering wheel. Orange and black wire going to a clear box. Pull it."  I saw this on another forum but just would like to confirm so that way I am not pulling out stuff.

I think the orange and black wires on mine are for the dash lights if I recall, I can check when I get home

its that black / clear ( i think its clear and you can see gears in it but not sure) box under the dash near the center of the jeep (towards drivers side a bit) that says emissions timer on it...  you could also remove the bulb or wait tell it burns out...
