Title: Vacuum Lines

 I need to replace my vacuum lines off the intake manifold. Where I live there are no U-Pull its, and the places that sell used parts don't think anyone owns a vehicle older than a 2000. I have found flexible vacuum lines for sale many of which will with stand very high pressure. Does anyone know the ID of the stock lines, the connector sizes, and the stock pressures? Would there be any benefit or detriment to increasing the size of the vacuum line? I do not have a set of calipers exact enough to measure the lines; I tried, but I am not confident in my measurements.
I have a 95 YJ 62mm tb and spacer, the manifold is ground out, I have an adjustable fpr, and 19lb ford injectors. I am putting this all together now so I have not had the combination running yet.

why not go the your local auto parts store and get vacuum line there... most places have it in bulk and you can get any length you like...

I think he's talking about the hard plastic lines.  The Dealer sells the CCV + FPR line for around $20.  The reasoning for this is to keep the lines off the engine and to make sure the lines don't collapse.  They can also use smaller lines.

The only downside to using higher ID tubing is that it's larger and you're going to have to make it so it's not sitting on the engine itself ot getting in the way.  Also the fitting for the FPS is smaller then the one at the intake.  I don't remember if there is a difference for the CCV and the intake.
