OK, this is not my Jeep, but a fellow club member posted this in my Costa Rican club, and he's asking what the source of the noise at 0:23 and 0:30 could be; I figured i'd ask you guys to help him ID the sound as well...

my guess would be tire hitting the coil spring.

It does sound like the lug of the tire catching something. I can't tell if it's the front or rear. His front isn't really turned that much but with the compression it could be catching the fender lip or coil.

can it be a locker skipping?

Could be... Depends on what kind of lockers he has. I would guess some sort of Lunchbox for that kind of noise.

Sounds like the inside tread locks rubbing against the sway bar/links, rubbing the front fender behind the blinker, rubbing the upper portion of the fender/flare, etc. It appears to happen when at full compression and turning the tires to the left.
If it happens more turning left than right, then the axle is not centered under the frame at static height. When you add lift and not readjust the track bar to recenter the axle under the frame, the axle is drawn to the driver's side because of the fixed track bar length. To add, he's using stock rims and larger width tires. (Didn't see any evidence of wheel spacers. Take a look of the rear inner well and upper coil mount. With too much width tire on stock rims, he'll have rubbing there as well during cycling.)

Sounds like the front right tire rubbing hard, definitely could benefit from proper length bumpstops.
