Title: Thrush Welded

Is it worth it to replace my rusted muffler with a thrush welded...I've heard they sound a lot like the flowmaster 40 or 50 on the 2.5 liter but I've never heard one in person... opinions anyone?

Stay away from banks monster exhaust.  My 4banger sounds like a turd.

I hated my Flowmaster.  It was not only loud but also fell off.  Crappy welds and not stainless steel.  Thrush isn't that great either.  No performance exhaust will sound that great with a 4banger.

Quality-wise, I would go with Borla.  I don't think I'd turn down a Banks though.

Good point Jeffy.  I enjoy the quality of banks, just hate the sound of my model.
