Title: Little 4 banger's got a sputtering problem

My jeep sputters,and bucks like it has a miss under low rpm acceleration. Now if i shift at a higher rpm it doesn't do it. I replaced the plugs and cap & rotor last week. Im thinking bad gas, so i put in some heat, but havn't drove it enough to tell if that helped. Anybody have any suggestion on anything else it could be?

Check spark plug wires too!
