Title: 16" Rims?

I am looking at a set of 16" rims, with 4" offset - $100, do you think I will have any problems running 33x12.50's?

Well, 4.5-4.75" is considered good if you want the tires to stay tucked but not rub.  12.5's will stick out a bit more with 4" but not too bad.  Maybe 1.5"-2" past the flare.
