ok I see alot of mods for 91 and better but are there any others good for a 90?I have regeared to 4:88 and I am getting ready to replace the fan to an electric one but what else?

i found a borla header  that i installed (had to modify steering pump bracket for it to fit) .larger exhaust system helps. went with a spectra cold air intake . there are no mods for ecu.  elec fan really freed engine up. hope this helps      :beers:

how hard was it to change out the exhaust header? Not to familiar with this type of work. :stupid:

total time to remove exhaust/intake manifold and install header/intake manifold and hook-up exhuast pipe was 4hrs. be sure and use a good gasket sealer to prevent gasket failure. dont know if borla header is still available. do a search for 90 yj mods on google there are several good write ups available.
