Title: IAT SENSOR RELOCATION, YES or NO

Has anyone here every relocated there IAT sensor. Is it a worth while mod, or does it have its down side. I have heard you can relocated from the intake manifold to the air tube. Picking up ambient air and advancing your timing a tad along with richening your fuel or somethng like that. Who knows anyone.?
