ok so i know theres like a thousand different threads on the ford injectors. i've decided to go with the 19lbs injectors d-III's. i have a 93 yj with 4in lift, bfg mud terrain 33x10.50x15 ta/km, ax5 manual with b&m short throw shifter, front and rear regeared to 4.88 rear locked with detroit soft locker, 4.0tb, rv cam, roller rockers, tb spacer, bosch iridium +4 plugs, msd 8.5mm super conducter wires, k&n drop in filter, air venturi removed from air box lid, high flow stainless cat, flowmaster hushpower II muffler. with all that, my mileage hangs somewhere about 14 mpg's, has anyone that's done the injector swap noticed an improvement in fuel mileage or just a slight increase in power?

you won't see a slight increase in power since the Ford 19# are actually a tiny bit smaller (less flow) than the stock ones.

ok so other than upping my rail pressure, whats my other alternative? bigger injectors, or up the rail pressure and use #19 injectors?

pretty much what you said, either one

I saw a difference even with slightly less pressure. There wasn't as much of an increase but there was a difference. The better spray pattern and atomization was the other reason for switching. The only time that will really be a problem is at WOT and I never really go there. I ran my Jeep with the undersized injectors for a year or so without any fuel pressure changes.
