clifford header install questions

Hey guys-
Anyone ever put one of these on?  I had an exhaust leak at the manifold (2 missing bolts, thanks previous owners), and decided it was a good time to throw the header in.  It fit in pretty nicely, except the EGR tube doesn't mate up to where Clifford welded it onto the header.  I called their tech line, and the guy said that was because "it fits so many years," but he couldn't recommend what year Cherokee/Comanche to get an EGR tube from to bolt up.  Anyone have any experience with this?

ALSO, from back in my Camaro days, I always jetted up the carb when I installed headers.  Should I modify the throttle body in any way, or expect to run lean??

I can't wait to re-torque the header bolts on this jobbie ...

Once I get her re-fired up, I'm going to take it over to Midas and have them connect my front pipe to the header.

On a related topic, anyone in the market for a stock exhaust manifold?

 :P

i wish i had a header on my jeep but they dont make one for the 1990 yjs cuz of the powerstearing mount so i would need to custumize it or make a custom one..... but we do have headers on our cj2a and cj3a and they got a big power gain by them... and whith all our updates to them(manly powerstearing) we had to custumize them... but ow well..
