new head on-great, electrical nightmare?

New port-matched head on, fired right up, ran great.
Ready for road test, so I zip tied a few loose wired out of the way (cps wires, for instance, I hate when they melt).
Now its dead.
ECM is throwing the following codes:
44 Battery temp sensor????
22 ECT voltage
23 IAT voltage
24 TPS voltage
I'm guessing something really bad happened in the wiring harness as it runs behind the engine, but I'm willing to entertain almost any option other than going on that adventure.
