I feel retarded for asking but I gotta ask. Where do you place a jack stand on the pumkin side of a tj dana 30. It seems like it is all jumbled up with stuff and  so far I have figured out to raise  it from the diff but the dont know where to put the jack stand. Any pics would be great

It fits nicely beneath the control arm brackets.

It fits nicely beneath the control arm brackets.

Beneath?  or Between? But it also depends on the jack stand itself.

Same place on both sides of the axle. Get a jack stand that has a 'u' style end.

i think Bounty was thinking the jack and not the jackstand - I was thinking the same thing though, pretty rare to find a jackstand that has no U or V to fit on the tube

now that you mention it he did say "jack stand" so I'm not sure if that's what he was asking though.
