Sounds like a good way to restrict airflow to me.  So, it's a non-moving part, unlike the Tornado, so it would have to reduce the intake opening in order to get the air to spin, thus reducing airflow.  Next, that air is expected to continue spinning as it travels the length of your intake tube, makes a sharp downward turn into the intake, and continue spinning as it disperses into the combustion chamber?  That's one magic gust of wind, my friend...... :roll:

looks like a torranato to me and every test I have ever read on them say they do much more harm than good
