Where can you get a high flow magnaflow one for 65?!?  The least Ive found around here is like around 100.

why does it say its for only the 97-99 wrangler 2.5?

Not sure. I had no problems with it on my 02. I cut the old cat off of the flange and then welded the new cat back to the flange. No problemo.  ;)
