The local 4wd shops here carry them, it's a TeraFlex product.  A good cheap upgrade while you have the transfer case apart, it simply replaces the mode fork and shift pawl.  So many trails around here, when dry, require the slow speed of 4lo but don't actually require the front wheels to be pulling.
