Jeep front Grille trademark

came across this - fairly long but interesting, thought i'll share

that's is too long.. red almost to the end.. to much court case reading for me.. sounds to me like this guy is a big ford fan..
1990 YJ 4cly, ax5, 2.5 inch BDS lift, 31 MTr\'s,  Powertrax-lockers all around, track-bars removed, boomerang shackles, warn m8000 winch, electric fan. [sold but not forgotten]

definitely biased, but i thought is interesting just from the history perspective of the trademark (i skipped over most of the court case stuff) - top part it's worth reading though.

ya at least the top is worth reading.. take with a grain of salt.. or whatever the saying is.

I think it's all irrelevant since the MB/GPW grill is 9 slots and the one that is trademarked is 7 slots.  This guy just got caught using the logo and now has to defend himself.  It's also pretty ironic that the iconic grill is a cheap stamped version of the original steel bar grill that could be taken off and used to grill meat, making it much more useful!   :blbl:
