When it dies the pressure drops to 7psi or so. I will look at the other thread. Thanks for your help, Im kind of lost on this. The rer is new also.
post your results when you unplug the return line and we go from there - it could be that you have at least 2 of the problems below
1. your pressure gauge is off
2. your pump stops somehow (either electric or it's damaged) or you have some sort of dirt in the tank, i would also measure the voltage at the pump if you run out of options.
4. your FPR is off by 8 psi or so
it has to be at least 2 of these or otherwise i can't explain why the 22 / 32 psi range (if it was 2psi diff i could understand but 10 seems right). And the 7 psi when it stops can be that your pump has no more voltage or that it looses it's power (pressure/flow related and not voltage) to push the fuel.
