Throttle return spring anchor?
« on: November 01, 2010, 05:21:06 PM »
Can someone post a pic of the anchor (engine) end of the throttle return spring.

Just finishing up a rebuild and neither the FSM nor the IPC illustrate the anchor point.

I was positive I took a pic but have had a computer swap during the months it's been down.

(Just so we're all clear on this, I'm not talking about the end that connects the throttle arm.)

Thanks in advance.

You generally don't need it, the spring on the throttle shaft is plenty.  If you need something more, you can attach it to the square hole in the throttle bracket attached to the intake.
