hey guys put my jeep in 4wd tonight and the light to show it was in 4wd was not coming on any ideas wat is causing this? It has always worked before thanks for the help

It's likely the 4wd indicator switch attached to the top of the transfer case.

Thanks man but the jeep showed some love and fixed its own problem. Think it might have been from all the rain but who knows

Mine does that from time to time although the 4wd actually engages...though it does this when it doesn't engage "cleanly."
By the way, a little off topic; is the 4wd lever (in a TJ)  supposed to light up when the driving/headlights are on?
