Where can I get little stupid stuff like the round-head plastic plugs that hold in the inner door panel. Also the screws that hold the plastic strip on a soft-top to the header. I went to the biggest hardware company in three counties and they told me it wasn't a standard length and probably wasn't a standard pitch. The idea of putting the wrong screws into a piece of 15 year old plastic doesn't thrill me.

any store that sells auto parts would have a display with a bunch of plastic hardware including the ones for the door panels, just take a stock one with you and match it there. You can always go to the dealership also but they're asking a lot for something you can match at a parts store yourself (doesn't have to be identical but just close enough, i did the same on mine as i didn't have all of them when bought my Jeep).
