Today i let my broter take my jeep to work with him.  He did an oil change for me since he works at ford, and its all nice and warm there unlike outside.    Ford just got this new engine flush, it soposidly cleans out the whole engineand reconditions the rings, and all that jazz.  When he brought it home i took it out for a test drive, and i have to admit that it actually made a noticible difference in preformance.  The flush only cost like 10 bucks, id say its worth every penny.

Do you know if they did the Bilstein engine flush with yours?   I did that and was pleased (probably great for your engine if you've been running petroleum-based, sludge-prone oil for 10s of thousands of miles or the previous owner had), but the going rate for that is about 120 bucks at most dealerships and I was fairly happy to get it for about $80 at a shop in Norwalk, CA.  $10 sounds like your brother got you a deal or something.

He prob did get me a deal i honestly don't know.  My jeep has a bout 87,000 miles on it.  The flush was made by B+G,  the chemical its self cost like 10 bucks.  My guess is that you can only get it from a dealership.  I try and find out some more information on it and post it later.
