Converted tj returnless fuel system to a return style
« on: October 05, 2016, 05:43:01 PM »
So in my quest for my full pressure for my turbo i ended up converting my fuel system to return style to allow the use of an aeromotive style fpr. I made parts as well as used a novak convesion pieces. I dont have pics of the complete install but i have a video of the final product. I welded a an style fitting to the rail and installed a walboro 255 fuel pump in the tank.

Was fairly easy, just time consuming. Also I found out the factory system uses flyback voltage of some kind to signal to the ASD relay. So you need a workaround for that. In the end, totally worth it.
