Install on fold and tumble rear seat bought at auction

Received a fold and tumble rear seat I bought at auction.  Had too many friends who needed a lift, etc., so at around $100 including shipping it wasn't a bad deal in my case.

The original rear seat I had bolted directly to the floor, as I recall.  No fold and tumble.  Haven't had a seat back their for about 4 years, so I need a refresher...  Frankly, wasn't aware that YJs had fold-and-tumble as an available option.  Anyway...

First off, I have to remove the old, rusted bolts that sheared during the removal of the first seat.  Drill out or whatever.  Then I need to get the hardware that makes the fold and tumble possible  --  this is not the simple metal brackets I had before, but apparently a more complicated set up that I am not familar with.  I also have a layer of a soundproofing material that I am going to attempt to bolt the seat through -- the proofing material compresses, so this doesn't appear to cause a problem with bolt length.

You guys recommend biting the bullet and going to a dealership parts shop for the mounting hardware? do Used parts, etc?  Probably a simple a deal

I try to that kind of stuff used. But I'm lucky enough to have a powder coat shop about 10 minutes away, so I send it to get sandblasted and powder coated and it ends up being cheaper and lasts longer. Don't know how feasible that is for you though.
