Topic: TJ Bikini/Safari and Header

I'm not sure if I have the correct bikini and safari tops for a TJ. I've added a header specifically for a TJ Besttp #51210. I got the tops used about a year ago. Both have a lip up front, wrap around the door bars, and have the straps to secure to the cage bars in the back.
My problem is the header is round channel. The lip doesn't quite fit into the round channel too well. Then, those black plastic door trim is in the way of the bar wraps. Does a YJ have those black plastic door trim?







Anyone have a TJ bikini that I could look at?

Looks like you have the wrong header. I have the same tops and my header is part no. 51238.

Not where you could see the header ... have no top on at this time, working on cage.  But I don't put the velcro straps around the door surrounds, just around the rollbar.  Here is a link for a PDF file the install of the header you need and the safari top..

I typed my p/n in for the channel and got same instructions I have. Then typed in the p/n for the bikini top 52530 for the header and got a different top that what I have. So I have a mix up. I'll have to order the correct header (would be cheaper?).

Do you know where to find the p/n on the bikini/safari?
