I don't really know much about supercharging so I have a few questions. I have been looking at Eaton's on ebay... one I was looking at was from a Mustang Cobra. Questions...
Can I use any supercharger as long as I can make up a mounting bracket
When it says "2.75 pulley" does that mean 2.75 pounds of boost?
what all will I need to change out if I do get one?
I'm sure that I will have to change my injectors to the 30 lb ford ones maybe a fuel pressure regulator... I have read about map sensors... what's all involved in that? any input would be great thanks a bunch!

go turbo more power and more efficent. but might be more money depending on how you make up the kit.

The ratio of the pulley on the blower compared to your crank pulley (or whichever pulley you use to run the blower determines how much PSI it will produce). Its more work to change boost settings on a supercharger then a turbocharger, and turbochargers are more efficient and can yield more power... but in either case you need knowledge to build the set-up yourself, especially the most important part of each set-up... What to tune it with and how. If you have money, look into either a opcon/autorotor twin screw supercharger, or a newer Garret ball bearing GT series turbo, gt28rs (this is the turbo i want later on if i ever build my bottom end) for example.

I'm like you, not much knowledge on supercharging. I'll offer what I know though. First if you're going to go the supercharger route use one that was designed for your vehicle. "2.75 pulley is the size of the pulley in inches.

Yes, you'll have to change your injectors. More air in means you'll also need more fuel in. You will probably also have to change the fuel pump to get a higher volume flowing in.

Map sensor... I'm not sure about. If you get a good supercharger system for your specific vehicle it may come with all the fuel and sensor upgrades you need to do the job correctly.

thank you all much for your reply's! right now im thinking about just building the engine instead of charging it. My goal is 37's and I think I can pull it off with a good build. when I get going I will let you all no! thanks again!
