What a weekend!

Went to Livingston, KY for some camping & wheelin'... The weather was great upper 60*s at 11pm in January !!! I'll take it... Onto the good stuf.. We arrived about 11pm... wheeled to a suitable campsite. BTW Night wheelin' is awesome!    Then had a full day of fun ~ well sort of...

We found a cave and were done exploring - ready to head back the way we came in. One of the climbs out claimed the outer stub shaft of the Rubicon. But we made it out and home safely.
I am ready to go back ~ big fun !  :D

Nice pics.

I guess when you go camping you don't have much. I see the Rubicon had a hitch tray that was customized for higher altitude. Have you thought of a little trailer behind your YJ?

I use a teardrop for camping. However, now my daughter wants to participate more, so I'm looking at building a 3 person TD. Tents are a PITA or I'm just getting older.....

I turned out to be a boys only weekend.. so I did not need the back seat. Our daughters had a "sleepover" while we took the boys out.

If I has more passengers, I would have brought my basket too. Our little 4 man tent is not bad... putting up the big 3 room is a major pain ~ guess thats why it's only been used once.
