Topic: Best top too loose

So I bought a new top a few weeks ago because the original top was starting to come apart. All the zippers were coming out and stopped working.  I got the Best Top replace-a-top and it seems like it is too loose.  It sages more then the old top did and fills with water everytime it rans.  Is there anyway to tighten the top and/or would a new frame fix the problem?

I've seen they sell a bar that runs across the side bars to raise the part of the top between the windshield and the roll bar.  Quadratec may have it and I once saw a web page where someone made one out of pvc.
