Anyone useing a hesco cam?
« on: October 18, 2008, 06:22:22 PM »
Looking around on hesco's website and found some cams for the 2.5L http://www.contentedits.com/img.asp?id=13108
Which one would be good for a stroker build?  (thinking .60 over if that helps)
Thanks for the info

Boring it 0.060 does not make it a stroker, just makes a marginal increase in displacement

I've got the RV0B4 cam in my rig and it did give a healthy boost to the midrange torque. I bored it .030 over.

I also got the single roller timing chain from Hesco, but it's WAY overpriced. It's just a Cloyes timing chain that you can get for half the price I paid at any auto parts store. Sorry, I forgot the part number right now.
