I purchased the wraparound besttop windjammer and it has changed my driving pleasure forever. I use it with the safari top and tonneau cover. When I would drive with a stock soft top from San Jose, CA to South Sacramento the hills I encountered forced me to go from 65/70 in 5th gear to 3rd gear pushing 50mph.
I don't know why, but for some awesome reason in the same slopes with more wind then I encountered with my soft top the jeep just pulls 75 up those very same hills on 5th gear. It is just amazing.
The jeep became stable, where before at 70 I felt it wobble and unsafe. Now, at 80/85 it drives with no noticeable wobble.
My Jeep with the wraparound looks like a pick-up and I had to give up the back seats. This is so awesome that I have been looking at hardtops for my Jeep to make it into a pickup. I saw some new ones for about $1300.
For all of you who have purchased the wraparound did you see notice the same thing?
