jeep tattoo
« on: May 25, 2009, 06:00:12 PM »
this is both jeep and tattoo related. i was watching my buddy's house while he was on his honeymoon, and in return he wants to give me a free tattoo, he's a really good artist, and i'm thinking i'm gonna get Jeep in the proper font written on my left forearm so it's visible when i'm driving down the road with my left hand at 12 o'clock on the wheel. and on the right forearm same location get the grill with headlights...both in od green. what do you all think?

Nothing against tattoo's but I don't think I would get a Jeep or other car brand name or logo as a tattoo. I love cars/Jeeps/trucks whatever but not enough to get inked.
What would happen if you sold your Jeep or got out of Jeeps and into something else?

I dont like tattoos, actually, but if I were to get one, I would get something that contains neither a brand (unless I am paid to wear it) or a name of a girlfriend/friend/etc., as you never know which direction the relationship may take in the future...

Don't see how it any different than a Harley tattoo and there are plenty of those out there.  I'd combine the two into one tattoo on one arm.  Question is what model grill are you going with?

Go with the MB/GPW 9 slot grill but with square headlights!

yj's are the best out of them all and most distinctive other than the old flatties, so i'd have to go with square headlights even tho it's not the official logo. i've decided against it after a long time of thinking about it. but i may save it for another spot.
