So I went ahead and put 3/4" spacers in the rear. I figured for 25 bucks it was worth a try. The rig now sits perfectly level, and the steering actually toys with the idea of returning to center after a hard turn. This makes me think that adjustable arms should be next. Should I go with uppers or lowers, or does it matter?

i have no direct knowledge with TJ suspension so this is just my common sense opinion: i would think you'd rather lengthen the lowers than make the uppers shorter or both (lowers+uppers) and probably avoid just to shorten the uppers by themselves.
