I use Plexus for day to day cleaning and it works great.  I also use Novus 3 part system for scratch removal.  It also helps to let the windows air dry after car washes,  if you use any kind of towel it will leave small scratches.

Novus is the SHIT! I've had to clean up some gnarly plexi-glass windows and various other plastic pieces with the stuff and it works great. The #2 scratch remover is a great all-around polish for plastics IMO.

Believe it or not- Metal polish actually works fairly well to for cleaning up smooth, untextured plastics  ;)
