I wish you lived near by wrangler387 so I could pick your brain some time.  Regarding your MegaSquirt...  I used to run a stand-alone Haltech on another car which worked pretty well.  I was going to try to find one on EBay but I started reading about the MegaSquirt yesterday and the price is very attractive.  My original intention was to leave the factory injection alone and add a supplemental injector to add fuel as the pressure increases but it may be better to go ahead and get a 3 bar sensor, the MegaSquirt, different injectors, and be done with it.  What kind of luck have you had with yours?  Can you set it to also trigger a relay for water/alcohol injection at a set pressure?
I think I'm going to size the drive pulley to shoot for ~6psi to start with and see how it responds.

Yea you can set-up megasquirt to trigger an alcohol/water injection set-up. My megasquirt is running fine, but i havn't really done to much with it. The power inlet on my girlfriends laptop got messed up so it wouldn't take a charge, so i only had about a week to play around with it, and now that we have the laptop back my jeep sits at my parents house, where i've been wanting to work on it but since school has ended i've been busy with the holidays, i'll be out of town again this weekend lol..  I have it running fine right now, i leaned out the cruise to about 16:1 AFR, and WOT to about 12-13:1 (didn't get much of a chance to datalog and adjust the WOT settings). I am goign to be doing EDIS ignition also, havn't decided if it will be before or after I turbocharge the jeep. For the price i think megasquirt is great, I built mine myself and i had only limited soldering experience. The instructions are REALLY good.

Where do you live? i'm assuming in florida somewhere? I live around Orlando.
