Rather impressive buildup for $1500. One of these days, when the Monte Carlo is done and I have some cash to mess around with I'm gonna build up a 2.5 for mine. Considering I only get 14 mpg in the city, I don't think there's much to lose.

my mileage is better than that with the build and running 35's/  i also run all my gear all the time,  not sure of your setup but you should be able to get better than 14

I am just starting to gather parts; I already got the Mopar Performance cam and tappet package.  Still need to get all the rest of the parts before I go tearing the engine apart...

i have an extra 2.5 tore apart, started looking around for parts and machine shops...also decided i want to put an automatic trans behind it. Have seen a couple of 4.0/32rh for sale around here for about what i would have in the motor  build  and decide that might be my way to go. Still on the fence about it.

all the retainers and springs/  pretty much all hardware came from clifford performance in california/  they are the inline specialists/  they can walk you through pretty much everything
