JEEP OF DEATH
« on: April 02, 2008, 08:22:37 AM »
I have had 2 accidents with my 2.4L in the last 2 years.  One was not my fault and one was.   The first accident happened in the Spring of 2006.  I was stopped wating for a dude to park when i hear a skitching sound.  I look in my rear view and see a Chevy Blazer trying to stop behind me.  I let up off the brake (foot was still on clutch) and BOOM!  The blazer plowed right into my ass.   I thought for sure that she caved my rear in but when I got out to inspect the damage, I had a tear on my tire cover and a small, barely noticible dent on my rear bumper.  I looked over to the woman's blazer and her front end was toast!   I was puzzled at how her much bigger vehicle only dinged mine while her tank was fawked up.     The next spring (there is a pattern here I think) in 2007, I was at a light behind some old lady in a Mercury.  I was about half a car length behind and the light turned green.  I got ready to go and moved up slowly.  The lady was still sitting there when my foot slipped off the clutch because my shoe was wet from the rain.   I had just enough gas going that it didnt stall and BAM! I slaughtered her rear end.   I felt bad at first but then thought....this dumb bat didnt move when the light changed so screw her!   I got  a ticket for following too close but my jeep wasnt even scratched!    The only damage I have is the bumper (never fixed it) and a chunk of paint taken out of the front right fender from swingin too tightly around a snow bank and clipping it (it was frozen).

I expected a thread about Death Wobble or some other Crash/Bang mayhem.

 How about " Jeep of Minor Mishap " ?

Ahhhhhh....death to those that come into contact with you....that makes more sense (even if they didn't come close to dying).

You should re-name your Jeep "The Grim Reaper"

How to make a jeep..   1 part Sherman Tank,  99 parts aggression!  Add gas and bake at 4 billion degrees for 3 minutes.    Warning! May cause severe damage to any plastic cars driven by senior citizens in its way.
