New Auxiliary Fusebox
« on: April 19, 2009, 01:47:20 PM »
Last project to get done this weekend!  I was starting to get too many cables being conencted directly to the battery, so I decided to install a new fuseblock.  I found this marine one on eBay, and I thought I'd give it a shot.  Currently, I conencted my fan (DCC controller), and 2 sets of lights to it, and I have space for another 3 conections for the future...

That looks great, everything in order. You do seem to have a lot of things connected to the battery, or may be is the angle of the picture.

I still have the DCC controller (the one on the new fusebox is actually the relay, not the controller) because it has a 40A fuse (too big for the new box), the ARB compressor (also uses a 40A fuse), and te second line from the alternator (Iputa larger altenator in, so instead of rewiring, I just added the new wire).
