The noise is normal and caused by engine braking.

I think i had the same problem about a year ago. But with me it was the cat.  Evertime i started the engine i noticed a rattling sound. The sound also came with the same time you described. I thought of changing the thing but didn't want to pay the price of a new one so kept it out. I don't recommend having no cat because it's illegal. Although it could be that the exhaust mounts are broken or just came loose. You are going to need to check that out yourself. Post once you find out. I'm new too. Joined a few days ago.

I have an all stock 2.5
I also experience this and figured it was just engine breaking like Jeffy said.

jeffy's got the answer on this one but if you are curious about the cat just wait till its cold and bang on the exhaust with you hand,  if it is coming apart internally you'll here it rattle and an easy way to check hangers at the same time.
