I need to change the Serpentine Belt on my TJ (at least 60,000 on the current one) and the idler pully doesnt seem to move.  Is it spring loaded or do I just losen the bolt and move the pulley?

You should be able to just loosen the bolt enough to pull the belt off..... thumb

Not sure when Jeep changed, (thinking 04 or so), but check behind and underneath the ps pump. The bracket holding the pump will have a bolt underneath it that is in a channel and a long adjustable bolt on the back. You loosen both and work the adjustable to pull/draw the pump to tighten/loosen the belt.
