Title: Dented Shocks
Post by: jcsanders79 on May 29, 2007, 07:42:42 PM
Since I increased my rear pinion angle the spring perches have dented my shocks.  What can I do to fix this besides cut them off and reweld them or do I need to worry about it.

The other option is to flip the shock upside down.  Your should need to be designed to do this though.  Not all shocks like being upside down.

This might not be completely true but I've read most gas shocks are okay with being upside down...... hydro/liquid shocks not so much.
